We look to the future with great anticipation and celebration of our history. Many times over the course of Kelley Hardesty Smith and Co.’s history we have been asked how the company has survived for 39 years.    Our answer: The commitment and quality of our people make us what we are today.   We recently celebrated two significant milestones from our accounting team. Mireille Dean celebrated her twenty-fifth anniversary and Rick Vorndran celebrated his twentieth anniversary with Kelley Hardesty Smith and Co.    We have seen many things happen in those twenty plus years including the retirement of our founders Kelley, Hardesty and Smith. The founders were quite organized and business-like in their approach. They set up a system, hired the right team, worked on the business and the business prospered. Looking back, it is apparent that setting a plan to succeed includes both planning and execution.   Congratulations Mireille and Rick for being a part of history, tradition and the future of Kelley Hardesty Smith and Co.
